Alajuela City Tour Policies

Alajuela City Tour is an in-person service in the city of Alajuela. Upon making your purchase you will immediately receive a digital voucher for attending the tour on the selected date.

Confirmation Time

Confirmation for the reservation upon completing the payment is immediate. You will receive your electronic ticket at your registered e-mail address within the next 15 minutes.

Attendance Procedure

To attend the tour, you must present

• Your electronic ticket (printed or on your mobile device)
• A valid ID that matches the name of the reservation.
• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Cancelation Policy

Conditions

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund.

Time to Cancel

You can request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time.by e-mailing us at: info@alajuelacitytour.com

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same card used for payment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the refund does not apply.

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your tour without any cost up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, depending on availability. Send your request to: info@alajuelacitytour.com with your reservation number.

No Show Policy

No shows for the tour on the reserved date and time without prior notice will lose the right to a refund or reschedule.
